2. Offer and order
An order can only be placed after receiving the approved offer via firstname.lastname@example.org or email@example.com.
The seller undertakes to process the placed orders as long as the stock is at our suppliers and within the limits set in these conditions. The online order can only be processed if the customer has clearly identified himself.
The seller reserves the right to refuse orders in case of serious suspicion of abuse of rights or bad faith, serious suspicion of commercially unacceptable commercial purposes or depletion of the stock of a specific item.
An order is only definitive after the acceptance of these general sales conditions, the prices and the description of the offer. If something in the offer or after ordering is insufficiently clear, the customer can always contact the customer service via the contact form on our website or via mail to firstname.lastname@example.org or email@example.com. All questions will be answered within 2 working days.
The prices are those stated on the website or on the price quote sent. All prices are always including 21% VAT. In the case of intra-Community deliveries, other VAT rates may apply.
For delivery in the Netherlands and Belgium the prices are exclusive of delivery costs. Depending on the place of residence, this is calculated specifically for the customer and is clearly stated on the quotation.
When ordering the goods, we ask an advance of 15% of the total amount.
The order is executed as soon as the seller has received the advance payment. Payment must be made within 10 days after ordering in order to guarantee delivery times. If the payment is not received within the requested period, the order will lapse.
The remaining amount must be paid before the delivery here at our departure.
4. Confirmation order
After the seller has received the advance payment by bank transfer, the seller confirms the order by means of an order confirmation. This will be sent via e-mail.
Delivery is possible in the Netherlands and in Belgium.
The delivery of the ordered goods takes place at the address given by the customer.
Upon shipment, the customer receives an e-mail when the goods leave the warehouse. If you want a specific delivery date, this can be requested via firstname.lastname@example.org or email@example.com.
The delivery period will only take effect on payment of the advance. We aim for the shortest possible delivery period. The delivery period is a maximum of 30 days after receipt of the order, and this for delivery in the Netherlands and Belgium, unless the product is no longer available from stock and must be produced again. This can extend the delivery time. The customer is kept informed of his order placed at all times.
The seller is not liable for delay or failure of delivery due to the actions of the supplier or carrier.
In accordance with articles VI 47-52 of the Economic (Belgian) Law Code, the customer has a period of 14 days to cancel the contract free of charge without stating reasons.
The ordered goods can be returned to Webtegel within fourteen calendar days. The goods must be returned in the original packaging together with the return form. The customer is refunded at choice or receives a voucher.
Return shipments must be requested via firstname.lastname@example.org or email@example.com, these will be processed as quickly as possible. The seller provides the transport for return shipments. An exact date will be communicated via e-mail.
The withdrawal form can be requested via firstname.lastname@example.org or email@example.com.
Return shipments are always at the expense of the customer. Reimbursement to the customer will take place as soon as the return has been received and checked, but no later than 14 calendar days (unless the shipment has not yet been received).
If the customer wishes to return the goods, this must be done in the original packaging, undamaged packaging wrapped around the boxes with plastic wrap so that it can easily be retrieved by the carrier.
Any damage, qualitative shortcoming, defect or problem with regard to the delivery of the goods must be reported in writing within 24 hours via firstname.lastname@example.org or email@example.com.
